Cape Verdean International and Cultural Exchange Residency is a residency program which looks to encourage international inter/exchange between persons of cultural interest and Cape Verdean Creatives. It invites five persons, whose backgrounds demonstrate histories of cultural productivity to the Cape Verde islands for a one and a half month collective project. This blog is my personal journal as director and founder of this and coming years.
